What a stunning book of recipes! I’ve only started to read through all of the book, but I can tell that I will be making many of these recipes. It is uncommon here in the land of BBQ to find healthy places to eat, much less eating raw. Thank you Julie for offering this book internationally!!
Beautifully illustrated and easy to follow recipes. Nutrition information is very useful. A most complete collection of meals for every occasion. It is indeed a labour of love and a very generous sharing of a wealth of knowledge, a reflection of the amazing Julie Mitsios!
