Known as the wrap around sushi, nori is fun to wrap around anything for finger food. Use raw nori to add rich flavor and bright color to any meal. Cut into thin strips, it adds a savory complement served atop cooked grain cereals or miso soup, or mixed into pressed salads. It can also be prepared into a side dish, known as Nori Nitsuke, when cooked with water and seasoned with tamari to taste. It makes a tasty, nutritious snack, even right out of the bag.
