I like that book for many reasons. The recipes are awesome and they remind me of my time living in Bondi Junction. I used to live in Porter Street and loved going to Earth to Table. Julie is just the most adorable person. I had to move back to Melbourne for personal reasons and I was so sad that Earth to Table would not be my brunch place anymore... until I discovered it actually closed down shortly after I left. It is so rare to find cook books that have had so much time, effort and love poured into them. This book is one of them. I adore all of the beautiful images, the recipes and the entire raw philosophy. It truly is the best way to eat for health and Julie has shown that it can also be the most delicious way.
