Ingredients: 1/3 cup coconut butter; 1/3 cup cacao butter; 1/4 cup Coconut milk powder; 6 drops vanilla flavour; a few drops stevia or your choice of sweetener; pinch Celtic salt; Hemps seeds; Freeze dried berries; Pumpkin seeds

This is a perfect vegan white chocolate recipe that takes no time at all to make.

You can sprinkle your favourite toppings to create a different variation.

Ingredients

1/3 cup coconut butter
1/3 cup cacao butter
1/4 cup Coconut milk powder
6 drops vanilla flavour
a few drops stevia or your choice of sweetener
pinch Celtic salt

To Garnish

Hemps seeds
Freeze dried berries
Pumpkin seeds

Directions

Place all ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.
Spread out onto a mould or a square pan and top of with any topping you fancy.
Place in the freezer to set for 15 minutes.
Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for two weeks or the freezer for two months.
