Anzac Cookies No Bake
A nutritious no bake Wholefoods take on the classic Anzac cookie with an Australian twist.
Place activated buckwheat into a food processor and blend to a coarse flour like consistency.
Add remaining ingredients and process till the mixture is slightly sticky and comes together nicely.
Transfer to a bowl and form into cookies.
Refrigerate for 30 min and enjoy.
